StockPilot is a merchant-facing inventory operations app for Shopify: purchase orders, suppliers, receiving, stocktakes, transfers, bulk edits, forecasting and reporting.
Installed merchants launch the embedded app from Shopify Admin → Apps → StockPilot.
What StockPilot does
- Raise purchase orders. Build an order against a supplier, send it out, and keep what was ordered next to what has actually arrived.
- Receive against the order. Book stock in as it lands, part-deliveries included, so on-hand figures follow the warehouse rather than the paperwork.
- Count and correct. Run stocktakes and bulk inventory edits, with the reason for every adjustment kept alongside it.
- Move stock between locations. Record transfers so each location's numbers stay right while stock is in transit.
- Forecast demand. Use sales history to show what is likely to run out and when, so a reorder point is a decision rather than a guess.
StockPilot is free to install. Forecasts are estimates drawn from the shop's own sales history.
